The Cast:
Alexandra Creighton (Suzanne) is pleased to be back at Town Hall, where she has appeared as Maria in Twelfth Night and Claire in Proof. Bay Area credits include Rock’n’Roll (San Jose Stage), Fat Pig (Aurora Theatre Company), Vera Wilde (Shotgun Players; BATCC Best Actress award nomination), Lovers & Executioners (Marin Theatre Company), Evil Dead: The Musical (Willows Theatre Company), The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby (Cal Shakes), Boston Marriage (Theatre Rhinoceros), and I Have Loved Strangers with Just Theater where she is a company member.
Beth Deitchman (Germaine) is excited to return to Town Hall Theatre, where she was last seen as Doris Walker in Miracle on 34th Street. Since returning to performing nearly six years ago, Beth has worked with many Bay Area theatre companies, including Rapid Descent Physical Performance Company (Skin Tight), Shotgun Players (A Seagull in the Hamptons), TheatreFirst (Anton in Show Business), and the Aurora Theatre (Miss Julie, The Eccentricities of a Nightingale).
Justin DuPuis (Visitor) is proud to return to Town Hall Theater for Picasso at the Lapin Agile! A 2005 graduate of Solano College Theater's Actor Training Program, his most recent roles include Thomas in The Busy World Is Hushed, Chaz in Anita Bryant Died For Your Sins (both at NCTC); Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet (SCC); Sir Andrew in Twelfth Night and Bisset/Jollygoode in Scrooge here at Town Hall this past Christmas.
Dennis Markam (Schmendiman) is having a blast portraying such a true 20th Century visionary. Last season he was seen at Town Hall in Twelfth Night, Scrooge!, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, and in the production and box offices. This season Dennis will be directing Pygmalion for the Main Stage season.
Mick Mize (Einstein) loves him some theatre. Recent credits: Complete History of America (abridged) (Marin Shakespeare Co), The Norman Conquests (Shotgun Players), Romeo & Juliet (Shakespeare Santa Cruz), and A Midsummer Night's Dream (CenterREP). He has also worked with Just Theater, Berkeley Repertory Theatre, TheatreFIRST, Aurora Theatre, and California Shakespeare Theatre. He is the winner of the 2008 Theatre Bay Area TITAN award and a proud company member of Just Theater. When he's not acting, he climbs on things and reads heavy books.
Tim Redmond (Sagot) is thrilled to be working again with the great people of Town Hall Theatre, having previously appeared as Fred Gailey in Miracle on 34th Street. He most recently appeared in Much Ado About Nothing (Don Pedro) at Shakespeare Napa Valley and has worked regionally with South Coast Repertory and Relentless Theatre Company in Los Angeles, and at Bailiwick Repertory in Chicago. He has worked with Berkeley Rep, Impact Theatre, Sonoma County Rep, New Conservatory Theatre, TheatreWorks, Playwrights Foundation and Second Wind Productions.
Joel Roster (Picasso) has been seen often at Town Hall Theatre over the last decade, appearing in productions of Arcadia (Septimus Hodge), Rough Crossing (Dvornichek) and many others. He's been honored with two East Bay Shellie awards for his work as an actor, with eight more nominations for acting, directing and musical direction over his career. He’s worked at Center REP, SHN, CCMT, Diablo Actors Ensemble, The Eugene O’Neill Foundation, and many others. He currently serves Town Hall as their Director Of Education and is a resident Teaching Artist.
Don Wood (Gaston) is 28 in Bay Area actor years. He was last seen at Town Hall as Lane and Dr. Chasuble in The Importance of Being Earnest. His last two shows were Left-Handed Darling for Foul Play Productions and Les Liaisons Dangereuses at Porchlight Theatre Company. Film credits include Tracy in H.P.Mendoza's Fruit Fly and Tom Sukanen in Chrystene Ell's Sisu: the Death of Tom Sukanen.
Clive Worsley (Freddy) is the Artistic Director of Town Hall Theatre and an Associate Artist with the California Shakespeare Company. He has appeared on such Bay Area stages as Town Hall Theatre, Cal Shakes, Berkeley Rep, Center Rep, TheatreWorks, Marin Theatre Company, Shotgun Players and many others.
